Leadership (authoritarian)

Leadership must be definitive 

If you spend your time debating amongst the ones you are in charge of you will always end up catering for the weakest link 

There is a leader in place because people look for it. The voice of reason. The decision maker. 

The man to make a decision for the benefit of everyone while some may argue against it. 

It is paramount that happens as those who are against it will follow anyways 

They would be leaders otherwise.
